Our company was founded in 1982 with one overriding purpose;
to provide the best possible tax and financial services for our clients. We began our specialization in the trucking
industry nearly 20 years ago by providing basic business training to new owner-operators beginning their career with Mayflower
Transit. Gradually as our clients moved to other companies, word of our services began to spread to other carriers and
their fleets and our company began its growth cycle that continues today.
CBS today works with carriers, small fleets and individual owner-operators throughout the country.

- We continue to provide business
training for new and experienced small fleet owners, owner-operators with their own authority, leased owner-ops and
company drivers in conjunction with carriers' orientation programs and periodic seminars with the Indiana Department of
Revenue and Marvin Johnson and Associates.
